Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging GreenScape ("we," "us," or "our") for landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape design, lawn care and maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, and outdoor living spaces. All services are subject to written estimates and agreements.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in your contract
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion and your approval of the work
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the work area during scheduled times
  • Removing or securing personal belongings and valuables
  • Informing us of any hazards, structural issues, or special requirements
  • Obtaining necessary permits or approvals if required

6. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your contract.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
